European Mast cell and Basophil Research Network (EMBRN) is happy to announce the call for the submission of abstracts. The 10th EMBRN meeting will be held in Utrecht, The Netherlands. It will be a fully in person conference.

Abstract submission and reviewing procedure

Abstracts describing basal, translational or clinical scientific work involving mast cells, basophils and/or eosinophils can be submitted to be considered for either a poster presentation or oral presentation.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors approve the contents of the abstract before submission.

The deadline for submission is May 15th, 2022.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission around June 1st, 2022.

Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission system.

There is no abstract submission fee.

Submission of an abstract implies formal commitment by the designated presenting author to register for the congress and to present the abstract. The organisers have the right to remove an accepted abstract from the program when the presenting author has not registered. However, registration is not required at the time of submission.

The abstract should include:

Title (max. 100 characters)

Author and co-author(s)

Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, country

Abstract text: Introduction, Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion (max 350 words)


By submitting an abstract, authors automatically authorise the congress organisation to publish the abstract. The organizers reserve the right to reject any abstract for failure to comply with submission guidelines.
